Membership Terms & Conditions
- Fee & Benefits: Muse Beauty Studio (MBS) Membership fees are billed automatically by credit or debit card on the first day of every month and are non-refundable. Memberships begin on the date noted in the Square Plan Enrollment and the first month’s fee is not prorated. Memberships are not transferable and only the Member who holds the credit or debit card on file is authorized to use or gift Membership Credits. An NSF fee of $25.00 will be applied to your account if your automatic payment doesn’t get processed. Per our Cancellation and No-Show Policy, a $25 booking fee for a late cancellation or no-show to a scheduled appointment will apply to your account. Muse and Muse Plus Members can receive additional Massage or Facial services for 10% off the regular price, gift certificates are excluded for discounted services. A complimentary consultation with an esthetician or massage therapist is offered to assess your needs.
- Account Credits: Membership Credits roll over for up to 3 months so you don’t lose them while your membership is active Credits expire after 3 months, and unused credits can still be used for 3 months after a Membership Termination Service credits for Massage and Facials cannot be exchanged for any other products or services, but Members may gift up to 3 credits per year while their Membership is active.
- Enrollment: Enrollment can be processed through the Booking links on our Facebook, Instagram, Google, and on our website www.musestudioorland.com
- Cancellations: There is no monthly contract, but Membership cancellations must be called into (530) 936-5120 seven days prior to the next automatic billing cycle. Doing this over the phone will avoid delays or miscommunication so your cancellation can be processed immediately.
- Membership Suspension: MBS reserves the right to suspend your membership upon your request for up to three months in the event of a significant change in your circumstances. The granting of a Membership Suspension will be deemed to be effective as of the date that the next Membership Fee is due. Membership Suspension does not eliminate any financial obligations owed by you to MBS prior to the effective date of such suspension and will only apply to future payments of the Membership Fee. Additionally, a Membership account suspended will not be refunded for Membership fees previously paid to MBS.
