To prepare your body for FasciaBlasting, it’s essential to transition your fascia into a jelly-like state. The best ways to achieve this are through internal and external heating and proper hydration.
During FasciaBlasting, when you’re working to release fascial adhesions, it’s akin to pulling apart two pieces of duct tape. Some bruising may occur as a natural part of the restoration process, signaling the successful separation of sticky tissue layers.
