Mindful Barre @ Muse is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
What to Expect
No experience is required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to advanced. Our instructor offers several modifications throughout the class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.
What To Wear
Wear snug but comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
When To Arrive
Warming up is a critical part of class, you must arrive 5 minutes before class begins so you do not miss the warm-up session. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.
BARRE CLASS POLICIES
Late or No-Show Policy
Classes begin on-time at the top of the hour they are scheduled. If you have confirmed your scheduled class appointment but arrive during or after the warm-up session, or do not show up, you will forfeit a punch on your punch card and will be asked to join another class.
Guest Policy
We very strictly do not allow guests to wait in the Studio during barre class sessions.
Payment Policies
Class payments, Punch Cards in any amount and Monthly Barre Memberships are non-refundable.
Payment is due in full at the time of class.
Punch Cards will be tracked by the Barre instructor.
